1. About artwork usage:
I commissioned a personal use commission but I decided to make it commercial and sell it, do I still have to pay the fee even if the commission was long ago?
- Yes, kindly contact the artist on their email if it occurs. The general terms & conditions about copyright infringement may occur if said personal use work would ever be used for commercial without paying the fees.2. About watermark:
I do not want a watermark on my personal use commission, do I really have to pay for the watermark fee?
- Yes, fee is necessary if the clients wants the watermark removed. Editing/removal of fee without paying fees is probihited and possibility of ban/report will be issued if not followed.3. About artwork:
Can I have the timelapse of my commission?
- Depending on the type of commission, yes and no. For personal use, the artist can provide screenshot of layers and image details. For commercial use, timelapse (with watermark) can be sent along with the image details.4. About artwork:
Can I have the raw files of my commission?
- Raw files is only available if you buy the commission (+)transparent fee or if the commission is commercial5. About artwork:
I commissioned a line art and I want to edit it/color it. Am I allowed to do so?
- Yes, but you need to inform the artist ahead of time and make sure to credit the artist for the line art when posting.6. About artwork and AI:
I am experimenting on AI/Using AI to produce more reference of my character, can I use my commission for the AI?
- A BIG NO. I do support the advancement of AI, however, as an artist please do not resort to this machine to generate artworks with the use of human artists work. It is very disrespectful and unethical.
